Cheesesteak is amazing, definitely up there. My friend is Muslim so I asked if their food is halal (meat they are allowed to eat) and the man on the phone was very happy to let me know all their food is halal.
I asked to talk to the owner, and they made more fun of me, and kept calling me names.
Update: I’ve been ordering from here lately and the service is pretty bad compared to the guy I spoke to before. Not only in person but even over the phone. When they deliver to my work they don’t say a word they just hand me the food, take the money and leave.

I made an order for a salad, it came with cheese. I called back to ask for another one, the manager call me names and maid fun of me, for calling to ask for another salad. I'm sorry I have allergies to milk.
This is literally one of the worst customer services I have ever seen... I was put on hold for 4:30 minutes. I wasn’t even really on hold the guy just set the phone down and if I said something I could hear myself echo; the phone suddenly hung up. I called back but no answer I called again and then they picked up and then explained to them as I wrote here. They guy said “Oh, pick up or delivery?” What the hell?! He just ignored what I said... then I said it again and he made up some BS by saying “Our phones have an issue that when we put someone on hold we can’t pick it back up...” I WAS NEVER EVEN ON HOLD!!! This is just one of many encounters I’ve had with this establishment. When they deliver they don’t say anything and only something when they need to, they sound like robots when they do... unbelievable.
