I came in for service and the boy on the phone sounded cute i think his name was Keenan on Keyon I went in there and he was really nice
This was a terrible dining experience! The pizza arrived over an hour later. The delivery driver refused to give me my pizza because he thought that I was a cash order. I showed him my transaction statement on my credit card app. A payment was taken out twice from them. When I opened up the pizza it was cold and not even cut in eight slices. The staff was rude and hung up on me without apologizing for their mistakes.
I don't know why there's so many negative reviews for this location. I had their pizza tonight and it was awesome. I did carry out though and it seems like most of the bad reviews were from delivery. Either way, my pizza was hot, tasted great, and was correct.
I had to get a replacement cinnamon roll that was supposed to be sent with my order. However it was accidentally left at the store, it 6+ hours to get a replacement. I think is utterly ridiculous.
I just ordered pizza and the estimated delivery time was 27-37 minutes. After 1 hour, I called them to find out when to expect my order. He responded 3-5 minutes. 20 minutes pass and I call back to find out what's going on. Then the manager said they came back 20 minutes ago because no one was there. I said no one called me, like specifically requested in writing. He said "oh, was he supposed to call ... oh, I don't know what happened." I asked for a new pizza and to receive it quickly. He said it would be here in approximately 25 minutes. It's hard not to laugh.. are you kidding me?!?! It took 2 hours and 15 minutes. This is ridiculous!
I continually have problems with my food from Papa John's. I stopped ordering for at least 4 months hoping that they would get better quality control but it seems to have gotten a lot worse. Today my cheesy bread with bacon was doughy in some parts of the bread. The raw dough shows a lack of quality control. I WILL CONTACT THE RESTAURANT INSPECTORS OFFICE IN THE MORNING.
