Try to charge me 1$ for free garlic sauce wich should comes with pizza order , always ordering twice a week pizza and always got garlic sauce.... now you lost a customer...... bad management..... I will tell all my friends DON’T order from that location ...
Ordered my food and still didnt arrive over an hour later...i called and they told me the driver couldnt find my location so they just cancelled the order...didnt call to inform me either..i had to call these idiots to ask where my food was..my location is very easy to find not to mention theyve delivered here before..fire everyone and get a staff that isnt totally brain dead and understands customer service and communication. Ill never order from here again. Total incompetence.
We always place the order of pizza in Reistererstown and Pikesville location. We never had right order from this Reistererstown location. Pizza is always messed up. This location needs to Improve the food quality.
We had ordered food for carry out at 3pm; it took them two hours to prepare it, and at the end of it all they didn't have one of the sides we wanted.
This has to be the worst dominos ever. Call in an order and waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Only to get something I didn't order. Then the manager left me on hold on the phone came back to say she would resend the driver back with my correct order then when I get my right order it's still crappy. Asked for Chicken Carbornara got dry noodles with very little chicken bacon and mushrooms. They need to shut this one down or find some people that actually want to work.
Most of the employees were also very rude.
We will not be going back there again or order food from there again.
