Ordered a vegan pizza from them, even when cheeseless, the pizza is phenomenal and as a person that doesn't consume cheese or meat, they still satisfied. Delivery was timely too

Really disappointed with the customer service I received tonight. Our food took over an hour to get delivered, and once we got it, we realized our pizza was wrong and cold. I totally understand the food taking a little longer because the weather isn’t great, but when we called to let them know our order was wrong, the employee was really rude and dismissive. We’ve been ordering from Genova’s for years and this is really disappointing.
