I was at T-mobile Chartley Drive and I was so amazed with the help given to me by Kelly V. She went above and beyond and for me it was excellent customer service. She needs a raise and she is an asset of T-mobile. Good job Kelly.
Kelly was very helpful. I went in for a warrwarranty replacement and she was able to help me with my issue. She was very nice when I went to pick the phone back up. Awesome service.
