Don't try to price match because the cashier with blatantly call you and thief and cuss at you (literally cuss at you). They will get loud and dare you to speak with management knowing that nothing will come of it. Just stay away if you can. Otherwise you'll face embarrassment and ridicule EVERYTIME you enter thereafter. Oh and forget about calling corporate because they don't care about how their consumers are treated.

Went through the whole process of trying to order invites for a wedding shower and after 15 minutes they tell me the resolution is too low. No one over the phone mentioned this. I can print it on my own, but thought it would take some of the pressure off of me for them to do it. Wrong. And their prices have gone up much too much for a paper/back to school store. Try amazon instead.
I ordered a desk on line and took off work to have it delivered three different times. They kept saying it was a carrier issue but no one on line or on the phone was helpful. It took several days to speak to a supervisor to cancel the order because I could not take off any more days. I have waited over a week and the money has still not been returned to my account This has been a horrible experience.
The customer service was really great. I went to Office Depot to print out a glossy-finish poster of my book cover that I needed in 4 hours. I heard that it usually took 3-4 hours for work like that to get done. I told them my dilemma and that I needed the poster before 6 pm. Not only did they offer to have it ready earlier, the poster came out looking really nice too! That was my first time ever printing out digital pictures. The photo quality was true to its original and it was affordable. Trust the customer service, and the store itself is also pretty organized.
