After 3 hours in the store and everyone blaming each for the mistake that they did. The manager was the person that made me regret going to this location.
The worst experience ever. All I wanted is to upgrade.
A lady opening today really mean came out to tell me that she wasn’t from there that she needed more time to open, I was ok with that but the way she came up was very mean and she gave me the dirtiest look ever.
No more supporting this location, second visit and both time we had problem there.
3 stars is the best I can give these folks. It's best to go there early in the morning or a weekday afternoon before the rest of the world gets off from work. Once they get crowded, forget it!
The same manager, Tania has no business running this store, first time we went there, she helped us and had problem transferring data from my old phone to the new one we just bought then she did not know how to connect it to my smart watch. I decided to give then another chance, but I was wrong.
Now it's 10:10 and the store still close!!! Good job !!!
Outstanding service by Roniece King!!!!! I needed help loading and sending a video. Roniece took her time in doing this for me. It was very important because it was for a dying friend and without Roniece's help this never would have been done. I can't begin to tell you how deeply appreciative I am for Ronieces help. She's the reason AT&T has such a great name....thank you Roniece!!!!!

When she finally came in after her employee called her and I tried to tell her what happened, she said "this is not what I came in for". So after spending 3 hours waiting to fix their mistake, the manager Tania implies that there is nothing I can do for you.
