Could be better,unprofessional and rude. Poor service
DO NOT get deceived by his words....I took rental for 1 day and extended it for 5 days at the location. He told me that he will honor 20$ per day rate and did all the agreements... After dropping off the truck after 2 days, he charged me 190$ with no reason...I drove only 11 miles for 2 days...after checking with him for 2 days...he told me that he charged 75$ a day. I called up customer care and they were able to pull up all the records and refunded my money...I would suggest everyone to not to rent in this location
