My first time using this service to surprise my mother on her birthday and have flowers delivered to her only to have them call me to say, "You gave us the wrong address and the driver left the flowers at a nursing home." Not only did he go to the wrong place, there was no one at the front desk so he took it upon himself to leave the flowers at the front desk without even considering the fact that there is an apt # for the CORRECT address that was listed on the order. Needless to say the surprise was ruined because they called my mother to verify the correct address which they had ALL along! I called to speak to the manager Barbara, and she had NO resolve for the inconvenience and the poor service received for the "simple mistake" that could have been avoided had the taken the time to look really good at the address on the order. Never again!
Please be aware of the dogs that stay in the shop. I went to pick up a corsage and one of them bit me in the leg... drawing blood. I'll never go there again.
