When I returned the car, also on a Sunday, a different person waited on me and he did everything very quickly. Of course, I had the original paperwork that I received when I rented the car and I am sure it made it easy for the him to verify everything. Again, the transaction was quick and I was out of there in no time at all.

I don't even know where to start with how horrible their customer service is. We reserved a truck on 7/2 for a cross-state move tomorrow. We called today to confirm the reservation and SHOCK, they don't have a truck and there's not one available in the entire area. Apparently, a "reservation" doesn't guarantee a truck. They're so sorry for our "inconvenience". Run away as fast you can. Not just from this store but from ALLLLL of Budget!! We got zero help from the local stores, corporate, or customer service.
We reserved online and came in on sunday but the doors are locked with not a soul around. Says they are open but no one here. Is this business still open? We even called but says thier voice mail box is full. Very angry.
I came on a Sunday, after I had registered on Budget's website for Fastbreak. So, when I came in, the gentleman who waited on me, had all of my info and the type of car I wished to rent. It took less than 15 minutes.
