Normally I don't leave reviews but felt obligated to make other potential guests aware. Trust the other users reviews about how bad this place is. Upon arrival, I was the only guest and here was my experience:
5. Staff barely marked down any damages, I had to circle everything myself. Which the staff made a comment, "you are not buying the vehicle, this is only a rental".
On the hottest day of the year, the AC was out at this location. Ridiculous!
4. Requested smoke-free vehicle. This could not have been more opposite. Heavy scent of cigarette smell. Would have picked another car if they had another full sized sedan.
Only one person behind the counter. Very unprofessional staff. Don't even bother going there. IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!
3. I should have paid closer attention to the printed agreement. Was put down as full tank of gas provided but car only had 3/8 tank when picked up.
Staff took care of claim with insurance quick
1. Only one person behind counter, I had to wait 7 mins while this person got off personal "facetime" call.
Service was fast and friendly. In and out with no problems whatsoever, for both pick-up and return.
2. Car was not ready even with reservation, still had to be washed. Waited another 15 minutes.
Bottom line: Go elsewhere for your rental needs. This is by far the worst rental experience.
