Ate here last night (first time at any Bill Bateman's) and really cant say nicely just how bad it was. From the beginning and speaking nothing but the objective truth; we sat in the dining room for at least 5 minutes before being seen by a server (not a busy night at all). The kitchen was close to our table and was a constant uproar of laughing, yelling and carrying on. Reminded me of locker room commotion. Ordered some Honey MUSTARD boneless wings as an appetizer and received what i am certain was triangles of dry chicken breast coated in what i hope were at least bread crumbs and deep fried in old oil. I capitalized mustard because our boneless wings were soaked in what seemed like a watered down clover honey, no mustard to be found. Food runner brought out the tenders and we were left unattended by the server for at least another 10 minutes while he was busy watching another employee perform a magic trick at a different table. Just normal restaurant stuff. Now the main course, woof. I had the fish tacos which were at BEST microwaved tilapia on a bed of generic brand coleslaw and seemingly mid digestion corn and tomato salsa. This was all topped with a very creative ranch/ketchup/hot sauce...sauce? The rice it was served with was absolutely microwaved uncle bens or the like. Thats almost insulting to uncle bens to be honest, cause it was just THAT horrendous. My date had the Chesapeake quesadilla and was equally impressed with both the quality of ingredients and the execution of the dish. The dry tortilla was clearly put on a dry flat top or baked until it would become a fine dust once bit into. The inside tasted only of crab flavored cream cheese and immediately began its crusade on our digestive systems. We are not snooty people but we do enjoy food and enjoy paying for it especially when some basic care and appreciation for ingredients are evident in a restaurant. This was not that restaurant. This was our first and only trip to the establishment and do hope that others will read this and think twice before allowing this lazy, boring, and inadequate restaurant to essentially steal your hard earned money. Only, and i mean the ONLY saving grace was that our server, while inattentive and slow, was very polite and the beer was nice and cold. Good luck others.

Not sure why I keep expecting more....I am trying to find a place in Reisterstown/Owings Mills where you can have a good burger and a good beer. Sevice is slow the food takes way to long and half of it ends up cold. The.search goes on.....
My experience was pleasant: The staff was friendly and helpful and good with keeping conversation; the changing rooms were well kept and clean, along with all of the shower stalls, bathroom, and lockers; machines were clean and operated well.
SLOW STAFF, TERRIBLE FOOD (READ BELOW), HARD TO BELIEVE THEY CHARGE MONEY FOR THAT EXPERIENCE.

I hosted Fantasy football draft there, wifi only worked on tablets & not laptops,manager seemed not to care. We were told "it's an open network" but that did not solve anything. I guess trivia night was more important. Beer & Wings were good; I can't blame the waiter because this type of BS starts from the top. Step it up....
