I was referred to Reisterstown Lumber by another company. I needed a replacement window/glass for my entry door. I went to the store, a nice gentleman took down my information and wrote down three different styles that I wanted pricing on out of their catalog. He told me someone would call me that Monday. I received a call a week and a half later and the guy didn't have any of my information that I left. So he told me he had to call me back. I never received a call back. So I called back 2 weeks later and the guy that I spoke with this time was incredibly rude! Had no interest in helping me and told me that they didn't have what I was looking for. I let him know that I picked what I wanted out of one of their catalogs. Annoyed, he said he would have to call me back. 4 weeks later, still haven't heard anything. Thankfully with enough searches, I was able to find what I needed online and was able to replace the window. Having grown up in Reisterstown and knowing the owners, I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommended using them for any services.
Great products, great prices and excellent quality. Their hours are pretty standard for most "lumber companies" including Saturday hours.
They have great stuff at good prices, but the hours suck! I can never get in there after work and they close early on Saturday. Good store, good people, good prices, bad hours.
