This agent will lie, cheat and steal for his listings. The agent asks me to pay more than the listing price, falsely advertised the owner contribution towards closing and violated a verbal acceptance of the offer. I've put in a moving notice because the agent ask me to move early and as a new parent, this may have created a major issue with stability if my current apartment is already rented. I'd like some type of reprimandation for this person actions. He should not be a real estate agent.
