The service was fast and professional. I called in an emergency, and in just 10mins. I rec'd a text saying they were on their way. I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter.
Lower level toilet nearly overflowed upon flushing and drained very slow. Needed sewer pipe cleared. Roto-Rooter said serviceman will call with approx. time of arrival. Within 30 mins. received the call the driver was 45 mins away. Arrived ahead of time and isolated the issue and cleared the drain within an hour of arriving. Chuck from Baltimore was very helpful and even gave us a discount on the overall service. Chuck also scheduled the camera tech to come out and double check our pipe which is included in the initial service fee.
I called this company to get a quote on finding out what my obstruction was In a pipe. The lady I spoke with was more than helpful. Which is why I gave her two stars. The man that came to do the job acted as if I owed him something. Making comments like "What Did You Call Us For Then" (after I told him $485 to clean out a pipe seemed high to me.) He was very rude. And unprofessional. I wanted to make sure of what the obstruction was before agreeing to pay them to clean it. As I have had that done before and the exact same problem has occurred. (A repeated problem is the problem).
I had a clogged pipe when in the morning, and called Roto-Rooter. They were able to dispatch Jeff & James within the hour to my house, and had the clog gone in a couple hours. I would use Roto-Rooter again, because the offer fast, and professional service. Jeff & James did a great job and left the bathroom cleaner then they found it.
I called roto rooter on Monday and someone came within a short time. The office contacted me while I waited to let me know the status of my call and when to expect the representative.When Jeff #1174 arrived he went right to work after he asked about the difficulty. He located where he suspected the problem to be and recognized a problem with the plumbing that we had not known about. Once he got past that problem it was no- time until he completed his work. Everything is better than before and I will call him if I have any more difficulties. His knowledge and professionalism speak well for Roto-Rooter.
