I love Mindful Freedom yoga! Jenn teaches to the individual, never pushes, and includes anatomy and physiology, which I really like. And of course, I love Jenn, she's an inspiration.

Great classes and space-Jenn has everything you need to practice yoga and more! I come all the way from Harford County because I think this yoga studio is a gem! There's also a cute coffee shop across the street for some Chai after class.
