As many others, I had never had shopped for a pool loan and had no idea where to start! I had been trying since August but I did not have HFS as an option back then on my contractors website so I decided to wait & even tried looking for another house to buy with a pool already but all these new constructions are being built so small for the price so after waiting i went back to the pool contractors website & there they were!!! My pool saviors HFS!!! Jay & Jodi were awesome & did great with the whole process from answering the simplest to hardest of questions then walking us through every step until the very end which happened exactly as they stated it would, which was very quickly! We are so glad we found HFS & will definitely refer them to everyone we know! Thank you Again!
The process was very easy and very quick. Questions were answered quickly and explained very well. Everything was done online which is very convenient and saved on time. I would highly recommend HFS to anyone. Loved the whole process and working with Jodi.
Amanda & Jay were outstanding to work with. We had unique circumstances that were not of a credit matter. They were patient and provided plenty of council to help us navigate our issues so that we could complete our home improvement project. We can’t say enough positive words about our experience with HFS, especially Amanda.

I called HFS because it was one of the recommended companies to call for pool loans and i really did not have time to look around. I spoke to Andrew a hand full of times regarding loan and monthly payments. They got me a loan within a few weeks but had to do it for more because of the HIGH fee of $1500 that they charge to get you a loan. I ended up paying more than i was expecting monthly . If there was more communication and effort i would see why they would charge such a high fee but that was not my case. I spoke more to the actual credit union than HFS regarding my loan. So in some sort of way i feel that i was robbed most of that fee. I feel that it should had been in my case a third of that fee that they charged me. I went ahead with it because i really wanted to make the pool but still upsetting. The two people i spoke to Andrew and Jodi were very professional though and have nothing bad to say about them but company itself has to reconsider the fees they charge. Would I recommend this company? Yes , but i would warn about fees and fine print on their disclosures. This is my honest feedback towards HFS .
