Sprayed my tires with shine and never wiped them. Hub caps are still dirty.

If Google allowed a negative star rating I would make it negative 5 stars. I'd recommend NEVER TAKING YOUR CAR HERE no matter how desperate you are for a wash. Brand new car's first car wash. Now I have swirl scratches in the clear coat. Called the owner and he kept trying to blow me off saying it was getting busy and I needed to call back. Insisted he take my name and number and document my complaint and he hung up on me! Better business bureau and a detailer next.
Broke my window visor,tried to tell me it was cracked.
I have never been to this place before and I do not like the way I was treated. The guy walks to my car and says what do you want, I pick my choice. He then proceeds to tell me to roll my windows up and if I want to tip I can put it in the box. Long story short another man approach me and asks to i have a ticket, I say yes and then get out my car. This part really made me hot because as soon as I got ready to walk away he says do you have tip for us, I say what, he say do you have tip for us in no. Whoever the last that works the phones is, is rude. She was on her phone the entire time she processed my transaction. Not saying hello have a good day kiss my ass. First and last time coming here!!!
Not going back
I found out that the owners take the tips from these hard working men and keep it. I was very pissed off when I found this out. I will not support this business EVER.
