I have been coming to Dreamers for many years. Being that my hair keeps going downhill as time goes on, Susan has been my savior! She's always there when I need her no matter how busy she is and no matter how often I need her. She is so talented, and she has a huge heart! Dreamers is a great place to just come and relax. Everyone there takes very good care of you, I look forward to just going and relaxing and forgetting about everything else. Thank you Susan for everything that you do for me and I will continue to send everyone Dreamers way.
The estheticians truly care about their clients and the hair stylists are outstanding--even the woman who shampooed my hair was fabulous.
The whole atmosphere was awesome. I had a great time with all of these ladies. Looking forward to returning for all of their services.

I wanted to find a local Reisterstown salon. I had called several local salons but was put off by the lack of professionalism and knowledge.
When I contacted Dreamers, I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I asked for a hair stylist that had experience with curly hair and an appointment for waxing. She made a recommendation and gave me the reason for her recommendation. I later found out that I had spoken to the owner (great example of how to make a great first impression). First I had waxing with Robin - she was WONDERFUL. The waxing was the best I had ever experienced plus she has a terrific personality. Felt like we were best friends by the time I was done. Then Lisa washed my hair - she was WONDERFUL too...another best friend! Then my stylist Carole Siegel, was perfect. It was easy to be her client. She asked the right questions and I conferred with her when making decisions because the previous cut was not what I wanted from another salon.
