Workers need to speak better English or at least understand it better. Ordering & asking a question was difficult.
Was going to order a donut after a quick trip to restroom to wash my hands,but apon entering RR it was obviously in need of much attention..Urine&hair on toilet,tp and other debri on floor,trash on counter,some unknown substance on the sink..(.eww)..So naturally after that,i was no longer hungry...Dirty RR,,what else has not been cleaned??????

Excellent service no wait time for your food or coffee very nice people that Dunkin Donuts I'm talking about is on Reisterstown and Franklin Boulevard excellent can't say much for all of them but this is the best one
